What are the minimum requirements to establish a partnership with Sabar Farms?

Land Area: A minimum of 40 acres, which can consist of multiple patches located within a 2 to 3 km radius.
Irrigation System: A proper and reliable irrigation setup.
Fencing: The farm should be securely fenced.
Electricity: A 3-phase electricity connection is necessary.
Accessibility: The farm must have road connectivity.
Facilities: Adequate storage and accommodation facilities should be available.
These requirements can be adjusted based on the specific geographical conditions of the farm.

Yes, fencing is essential as it protects crops from risks like animal intrusions and enhances farm security. The exact requirements depend on the land’s geographical location and associated risks. In our view, fencing adds value by ensuring a safe and organized farming environment.

With the expertise and support of Sabar Farms, you can expect a significant increase in yield, typically ranging between 20% to 30%, depending on the type of crops, farming practices, and local conditions. Their guidance ensures optimal utilization of resources and modern agricultural techniques.

The minimum period of the agreement is typically 3 to 5 years, allowing ample time for both parties to achieve their objectives and optimize farm operations.

For the first year, the lease payment will be divided into two installments: 50% advanced at the beginning of the year and the remaining 50% after six months. For subsequent years, all lease payments will be made in advance on a bi-annual basis.

The profit-sharing percentage will depend on several factors, such as the geographical region, land infrastructure, and specific conditions of the farm. This will be determined after a comprehensive land survey to ensure a fair and mutually beneficial arrangement.
