Who can become a supply partner with Sabar Farm?
Any registered business or manufacturer that deals in agriculture-related raw materials, herbal ingredients, packaging, machinery, logistics, or lab testing services can apply to become a vendor.
What is your payment policy?
We believe in fair and timely payments. Payment terms depend on the product and may range from:
Advance for first-time vendors (on trial orders)
50% advance + 50% after quality check for regular vendors
Full payment within 7–15 working days (for approved vendors)
All payments are done with GST invoice and proper documentation.
Can I become your long-term or exclusive supply partner?
Yes, we’re open to annual agreements or preferred vendor status for suppliers who deliver consistently. We also offer the chance to scale with us across different categories and locations.
Do you sign MOUs or agreements for long-term partnerships?
Yes. For structured collaborations, we offer MOUs, LOIs (Letters of Intent), or service agreements, clearly defining roles, duration, and expected deliverables from both sides.
