Step-by-Step Quality Check Process

We follow a “Batch-Wise Quality Validation System” where each batch is traceable, tested, and certified.

Field-Level Monitoring
  • Crop Health Audits: Weekly on-field inspection using FARMOS™ software.

  • IoT Sensors: Soil moisture, temperature, and pest monitoring.

  • No Harmful Chemicals: 100% compliance with organic and natural farming methods.

Post-Harvest Processing Control
  • Sun/ Shade Drying: Based on herb requirements to retain nutritional integrity.

  • Controlled Grinding & Sieving: In GMP-certified facilities with minimal human contact.

  • Clean Room Packaging: Final packaging in food-safe, hygienic environments.

Batch-Wise Sampling & Testing
  • Each batch is given a unique QR code via our FARMOS™ system. Before any dispatch:

    • Random samples are drawn.

    • Sent to NABL-accredited and FSSAI-approved labs.
